Your old Pal Brother Jack Angry has been busy the last 2 months, We have discovered a hot new talent here in Omaha and She has agreed to be our Newest Show ghoul. We present the Lusty, Busty totally Deeelish Countess Boobula. The Countesses alter ego local Cosplayer, model, singer and aspiring actress Becki Bullets, was thrilled to be asked to play Countess Boobula on The Angry Brothers Omaha Shock O Rama. So lets all give her a warm Angry Brothers welcome.
The countess also helped us cover the 5th annual OCOMICCON which is Omaha ne,s premier geek,comic and pop culture expo. we met so many great vendors,cosplayers and guest of the con the list would be crazy huge. so we will just let you all watch it in our latest you tube episode but first here are some really great pics of the con

With the Halloween season ending and the Christmas season barreling at us like a runaway freight train, your humble long suffering narrator me Brother Jack and My perpetually pickled muscle-head sibling ,,,,yes Brother James have been hanging out in that holiday no mans land called you guessed it the thanksgiving season. In Omaha it is an widely accepted tradition that immediately on the heels of Halloween and before Thanksgiving we have the Miracle that is Anime Nebraskon 2017, and I will explain the "miracle" remark in the paragraphs to come.
First of all many of you know that i have covered the anime nebraskon conventions since the fall of 2012 so about 5 years roughly, myself, Inferna, Lady Torrid and this year Brother James have visited the cons, the vendors walked about meeting and interviewing cosplayers to bring you our friends, fans and faithful followers the scoop on these events. What i notice primarily notice the events get more elaborate every year, the organizers bringer bigger, better and more well known celebs the vendors become more numerous and the costumes and outfits worn by the various cosplayers get more elaborate as the photos below show.

As you can see by the pictures the cosplayer yes that is me above..(handsome devil aren,t I ? ) the costumes were well thought out and well executed . We saw many diffrent anime, scifi, horror, and nerd universes represented at Anime Nebraskon 2017 so in that regard great job everyone.

Another great experience with the con was dealing with the cons Media Director Emily Knaub she was our inital contact this year for receiving our press passes and was prompt in getting them to us when we arrived. Great Job Emily. There really was no downside with the exception of parking I had to park almost a mile away on Saturday and Sunday and I picked up a hell of a case of con crud that hung around till Thursday (google it, it is a real thing...) but that is a problem the con cant solve that would involve a larger venue.. and i dont know of any place in omaha t
hat could support the attendance this con brings in every year. With all that being said a big kudos to the staff and management of Anime Nebraskon 2017 well done and we hope to see everyone next year. This is Brother Jack Angry One of the joys of this time of year in addition to Halloween, seeing ghosts , ghouls, witches and other monsters running around pumpkin spiced everything is the NebraskaAnimecon 2015. This convention has been growing and evolving and just getting plain better every since its inception in 2004 with only 300 attendees to over 5k+ for 2014.
The con includes a veriatable who's who of the anime and voice acting realms this years guests included Robert Axelrod, David Brehm, Chris Cason, Richard Epcar, Kyle Hebert, Erica Mendez, Eric Stuart, Alexis Tipton, Cristina Vee, and Stephanie Young.
Another plus is being able to see all of the great cosplayers and cosplay enthuisists. All though I or Lady Torrid who covered the con with me did not know all of the characters we enjoyed ourselves immensely here are some pics for you all to enjoy.

lot of great new things are happening here and we wanted to bring you
up to date. First off I want to apologize for being silent so long, the
monastery of mayhem has moved as crumbling monasteries deep in the
bowels of Omaha Nebraska are wont to do we have found a new and better
location so you can expect a new look to the show and some other new
surprises as well. First off I want to thank Laurie Lorsch
and Examiner.com for the great article she wrote on myself and james
and inferna and the rest of the crew at the monastary of mayhem It was
very much appreciated.
Second I want to let everyone know about our horror host extravaganza on Live from the Monastary of Mayhem on blogtalk radio. Our guests will include Uncle Fright Horror host extrodinare from Fall River MA
In
addition Inferna, Lady Torrid and Myself paid a visit to the Anime
Nebraskon 2013 where we conducted several interviews with the organizers
of the kon, and many of the attendees and cosplayers we were extended
every courtesy by the staff and management of the kon so we wanted to
tip our hats to them and acknowledge their great efforts.

finally I want to thank you our fans and supporters for all of your
emails cards and letters your suggestions for the show have been noted
